I like to use the free chrome extension for video research. You can see how well videos are performing along with other helpful information.

A great free website that allows you to see what your thumbnail/title looks like across screens. (TV, computer, and mobile)
Video Editing Software
Premiere Pro (PC/MAC)
Professional level video editing software that I personally use. A bit pricey and a learning curve but one of the best out there.
DaVinci Resolve (PC/MAC)
This free software is also a top tier professional editor. A bit of a learning curve but if you decide to get the paid version it's a simple one time purchase.
InShot (Mobile)
InShot is a great mobile video editor and is great for short form content. It's free to use on iPhone and Android and only requires paying if you want some fancy features.
VN (Mobile)
Another great video editor for iPhone and Android best used for long form content. Currently you can make 100 projects for free before needing to pay which is plenty to get you started.
Video Editing Plugins/Effects
FireCut
Incredible AI editing tool for Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve. Auto removes silences and cuts your footage for you. Also has auto B-roll + captions. I use this on every video and it saves me so much time.
Epidemic Sound
Music and sound effects for your videos that are safe to use anywhere online. I've been using them for 5 years+ and highly recomend them.

This free site provides great stock videos and photos to help you make better content. I like to use the stock clips to make my talking head videos more engaging.
